in my last journal i was talking about some screenies of my current painting i'm working on. well this here is it... sorta. it shows a background detail i've cut out of my current painting project. i added a lot of extra stuff to make it more look like an own picture and not just like an cut out. so the buildings you see here are the actual 'screenie' i spoke of in my journal. all the other stuff was added within a few hrs.photoshop + wacom
original res. 2000x3000
this piece will also conclude my artistic year 2005. it was a great year and once again i've learned sooo many things. thanks out to all my watchers, groupies and friends. hehe

This is a pretty dull and boring piece and it seems as though you just quickly pulled somthing together.
There is somthing dying to be expressed in this image but its not been shown. I would say this looks like a cropped image of the Real final piece.
I am disapointed. Im not trying to be rude at all, thats my opinion on it. I love most of your other piccies, and i hope this comment is helpful rather than annoying.

i wouldn't say helpful... but, if you've read the description... yes it's a crop from a bigger piece. i did this for a composition study. it's more a fun piece than a real try to create something serious.

naja die gebäude weiss nimmer... vielleicht so 2-3h mit den additions heut... insgesamt vielleicht 5-7hrs. es is eigentlich nur ne spielerei. die gebäude gehören ja eigentlich zu einem grösseren bild. mir gefiel aber dieser ausschnitt so gut das ich mit dem was eigenes machen wollte. resultat hier...
