For years Earthbound had been on my to do list of JRPGs to play, you name a JRPG and chances are I've played it. So a few weeks ago I decided to finally embark on my Earthbound journey and had a great time. After completing Earthbound I can see why so many hold it in such high regard. From the humor to the wacky characters it turns out Earthbound was right up my alley. This illustration can attest to how much I enjoyed the game and while it won't ever hold the same reverence for me as its many fans its become one of my favorite of the JRPG genre. Now I just need to play Mother 3.PS: I'm well aware the middle Starman should be yellow/goldish but it didn't work with the piece so I flipped his colors around.

JRPG stands for Japanese Role Playing Game, the term is often used to describe games like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest in comparison to Western RPGs like Baldurs Gate which tend to be referred as Β just RPGs.

I love this game so much. You did a fantastic job. Be aware that Mother 3's a much darker game than EarthBound, though it's still a great game.
