Description EDIT: Now not pixelated!
thank you ShizuNiebieski for pointing out the problem.

This is an MSPaint-friendly version of the Run-Cycle Base v.2

It works with old versions of MSPaint that don't support transparency (lower than Windows Vista and Windows 7)

Also for people who don't want to download the .zip file.

It's come to my attention just to let you know that your bases for this kind of art isn't MS-paint friendly at all.
I dont know why it may have been mistaken for one but it has to be PIXEL-ized to be MS-Paint friendly.
I've downloaded both and all I can do it possibly try to make it friendly or tell you to just change up the same so people know and aren't mistaken for it.

I bet if it was friendly though, you would have 50x more people using it c:

You're so welcome.

I was really caught off guard when I wanted to use the PSD one but than I can't do it right on Sai because I like to use the Magic wand. So I use Pixeled versions c:

You're welcome again.

oh god D:
if you have the newer versions of MS Paint (Windows 7 and Vista and up), you could try this one.
you have to download a file, but the images there are 1 by 1 and transparent, so they dont work on older versions of MS Paint.
