Well, this is disgustingly cute.I like rigging in Maya. It's always so spacey-tron like
(textures & fluff are unfinished, texturing class is in 1½ week, I did some block out, AO and gradients so it wasn't so dull)

Nope. I rarely draw at home, I just draw at school and then it's minecraft at home.
Also I need to put more RAM in the ol' bucket to do it better.

Looking good. That fluff did a lot of good to the silhouette. And nice to see others controller rigs,
I've only done two at the moment. So I've a lot to learn!

Fluff was planned ALL ALONG!!
This is my second as well. And our second teacher is already doing it differently than the first. It doesn't really bother me, except for the fact that I can't skip ahead then.

Say, on another note. How will you animate facial features? Or will that be part
of your project at all? I'm thinking something akin to Grim Fandango's animation
technique.

I'm not animating it though, just making one pose. So I don't really have to handle it, other than maybe have a layer in the PSD texture.

Not until now. I've seen images from it before though. But it seems
to be the same principle, but perhaps more smooth than Grim Fandango.

Yeah, I noticed that on your character design sketch. But compared to your mute mesh
it looks so much better.
