Do the runes there mean anything, or are they your invention?

They are just scribbles. I try to make an effort in them not reading as current letters/words, after one of the last ones I made sort of said "hi u" which was a little awkward.
So yes they are just my invention, without any purpose but to look runic.

i like. its not often you see concept art for daggers without a sharp point. i find however, that this concept tends to draw my mind towards a kitchen knife rather than a weapon, simply because a dagger is generaly used to stab.... anyway, enough knife-nerdyness, more RAAAAAWWWW SHARP OBJECTS!. nicely done
