Min Size - 60%
Density - 100
Spread & Noise - 50
Blending - 1
Dilution - 50
Persistence - 80
Keep Opacity checked
Smoothing Prs - 50%

how did you insert that picture into the layer?

Select the picture and copy it, paste it into the document. I think it automatically pastes as a new layer.
