Dark lugia. I think I got the colors wrong, but I don't think it really matters.On the island that many people have become lost over seas.
I breath the fresh untainted air.
Those who have seen me can only wish to return to tell of me to their love ones.
For that my home is the island that only appears once every hundred years.
I use the power in my eyes to guild the lost souls that find their why here.
Done in SAI Trial version. Moved into GIMP to tweak the colors so they look better. About an hour and 45 minutes.

I find the wings size and shape a little awkward. And, the tail is a bit too far from the body. Still, it's a fine picture, don't let this little mistakes or a stranger's opinion discourage you.
