A myth tells that a dragonair can be spotted at the wilderness lake. But no one knows, if this is true...I tried a few new styles of drawing in this one n.n Mainly on the character and the clouds. Hope you like~

How wonderfully graceful! It's beautiful Axel! I love how Dragonair has her head tip in the air majestically like. The Beautiful Dawn shows what a rare moment it is to even see Dragonair when her place is the depth no one sees.
