How do you build this armatures? SO that you can off the heads or hands easy afterwards?
Wanted to try this out to, but I think I need a clear idea for a good armature first

Thank you so much, the sculls are UltraCal 30 cement cast in a silicone mold. I'm using Roma clay... it's so great for blending and smoothing

Hollow casting is really easy, just make a two part mold, then fill one part up and put them togeather and rotate it in all directions until the plaster/plastic or wax has hardened. My skull blanks are cast hollow to save on weight and material. These are cast in UltraCal 30 Cement, very smooth and hard stuff. I also use two part resins, they have a very fast cure time, like 60 seconds so they are great for me (no patience let me know if I can give you any info, always glad to help (specialy with your work, it's breathtaking

But then creepy was what you were aiming for right? Creepy can be cool too I mean don't we pretty much all love movies with creepy stuff at least sometimes.
