Description It's the World Water Day 2005 [link]

This was once again taken on one of the small islands surrounding Helsinki... I had so much fun getting this shot, I had to crawl into this tiny ice cave... it reminded me of the time I was a kid living in the countryside..

i wish i lived in finland.... snow and ice are such wonderful things,but you dont get so much in london - a bit of slush at the most usually. once again, a wonderful photograph

Wow, that is quite an amazing shot! And.. it is not so easy to get a drop of water into the picture, that is what impresses me the most! The distance it needed to fall is maybe a long way (20 cm maybe) but that is really hard to do! Love the angle from which it was taken: makes it more impressive! Lighting and blue sky in the back is perfect! And.. i think I didn't thank you for the watch before! But.. thank you a lot!

The drop of water seems to be in just the right spot. It is almost exactly in the center of the surrounding icicles. It is amazing the way the light reflects off of it & it seems suspended in time.

Amazing shot. Great job on capturing the drop of water from the ice We have a spot that I'll have to take some pictures of where the waterfall freezes coming over the ledge .... VERY cool effects
