The game seems to stop mid battle while you rummage around in what is countless items just to find the grenade you wanted.
Then it starts up again.
And it's more obvious because instead of out-of-the-game menu to browse items, you select items in your inventory with your wrist mounted PDA.
So it's like time stops when you look at it.
