Description
This was a collab between myself andWhere i did the lines, then he colored it, then i took that and desaturated it and changed the colors and added some effects.

i use photoshop personally but its pretty expensive. you can try out a demo of a painting program called artrage

At the moment, your design on this character reminds me of Mr. Wink from Hellboy 2. That's not a criticism, I just felt like saying that. Don't worry, I love that rough texture you put in there making the character look rustic.
