Description
This is my pokemon fan character "Hyper". In this pic, he is a raichu and has become a police officer for the town he lives in. I love this character because he is sly and charismatic. Never got caught in a pokeball and just gets along with everyone. The irony is that for all his popularity among those in his town, he isn't anything special for a raiche power-wise. I'd say he's about level 30.Related content
