Dragonball Z - Vegeta (Early)This came out exactly as I wanted it too, I wasn't sure If I'd go with the mountains or an alien planet, but the sketches for the alien planet were just terrible, as were the ones were the Pod was in a huge crater, so for the sake of things, let's just say he landed softly. Oh, of course, this is Vegeta as we first met him. I gave him a tint of brown hair as he has that in some art and the first episodes we saw him in. I also know that some people aren't a fan of the cheekbones I set in, but I didn't really want to change it, I think he looks fine like that but for sketches of Vegeta in later sagas, I will make the adjustments. Before this gets too long, I hope you really like it.... Kid Goku is next.

when i also draw any DBZ character i always seem to make the eyes to big for the head.

The most important thing to do with DBZ is to start with the eyes and build off of that.

Hey i L.O.V.E dragonball z and i wanted to ask how did you get the different shades and as we all know vegetas rules but how did you manage to draw it like so cartoony.

I'm in a particularly good mood so I will explain, in steps!
1) First you need a drawing you think is worth coloring.
2) you need it inked (that is black and white, no gray shading or discolored paper, it must be pure black and pure white, almost like a coloring book)
3) Open Photoshop CS3 the editor
4) Make all your black inked lines your top layer. All your colors go underneath these lines.
5) Lay flat colors down that describe each object, staying within the lines by being very careful or using select tools.
6) create shading layers on top of the flat color layers. Use a mask layer to ensure you don't go over any of the other layers, and use lasso or point and click select tools to create the shapes of the shading, giving it a block-like but definite feel. It's a very slow process but the end result is simple and clean.
7) compress and flatten the drawing into a single layer and save it to your computer 
A typical drawing may take one day, it may take more, it definitely takes patience but the end result is always better than a heaping pile of scribbles

i am a huge dragon ball z fan i bought all their games exept 4 the 1's that are only on ps3 and have a heap of drawings of dbz characters also could u do a pic of ssj4 gojeta 4 me please i would love to see ur take on him.

I have a PS3 and PS2 and I also love Dragonball Z games, especially the action fighting ones! Though my favorite of the games have been Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi 2.

i liked burst limit but there just wasnt enough of it my fav so far is tenkaichi 3 mostly cus of all the characters in it also i am currently downloading all of the movies and gunna get the series from dragon ball through to dragonball gt.

I think I still want to buy burst limit if I can find it fairly cheap somewhere, though I tend to get really really really into fighting games and the one that I currently want to get good at is Street Fighter
