Before Sgorr could take a second step onto the ashy ground, a voice spoke up against the howling wind. His haunches tightened like a pup who's been caught trying to sneak out of a den. He slowly turned his head, expecting some loner to be inches away from him, ready to pounce and attack the Vale wolf. Instead, his eyes laid upon a non-threatening she-wolf. Her light cream pelt was blowing in the harsh wind, the brute's eyes locking with her's in a moment of silence between the two.
