And sandvich makes it all complete!In light of the upcoming season two, I decided to take on a project. This project was actually started right at the end of season one. The project? Pick a game and put ponies in those roles. I realize it's been done... but I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to do... this...

For those who play Team Fortress 2, this will hopefully be a treat. To those who don't? Well, I hope it's pretty anyway.

PS. I think I made leaps and bounds in my ability to draw, colour and so forth with this. After colouring all those ponies, I've actually refined my style of colouring in Flash.
Too bad I never want to use Flash for any major project again. It kept crashing every time I had too many layers unlocked. It was... odd. But oh well. Lesson learned.
Hopefully, I can learn Photoshop so I won't have to rely on Flash. A combined 200 or so layers for this comic... imagine the crashing. IMAGINE IT!

I thought about it, but then I was going to do a "part two" to this image where Miss Pauling would be portrayed by a character from another fandom. (Essentially, RED team is My Little Pony, and BLU team was going to be something else. I'm not going to say what, mainly because even though I've sort of scrapped the idea, I don't want to spoil it in case I should decide to come back to it.)
Either way, Luna ended up being the Heavy, not Miss Pauling.

first off how is Derpy sniper she has bad vision not good vision second off i like the idea of Spike being pyro but wtf....Twilight as engineer make no sense at all applejack as engineer is better and makes perfect sense but Luna as heavy?....no just no..Rainbow Dash as scout makes perfect sense and yeah most of those are wrong.

Clearly, you don't appreciate irony as much as I do. I thought the concept of Derpy, the derp-eyed pony being an awesome Sniper would be hilarious.

As I explained it before, in a previous comment, I don't see the justification behind Applejack being the Engineer JUST BECAUSE she has the same accent. As it stands, Applejack's character would be too hyper to camp any area of the base for any period of time. Plus, the Engineer has HOW MANY hard science PhDs? Applejack isn't the studious type whereas Twilight Sparkle is. It just makes more sense to have Twilight Sparkle, sipping her coffee and chatting up the latest visitor to her Dispenser then writing her friendship reports at the end of every battle than it does to have Twilight Sparkle, FORMER loner, holed up somewhere away from everyone. Plus, it would make sense that Spike (the Pyro) would be her best friend, as he runs around spy-checking. (Thwarting Rarity comes as just another part of this delicious deal.)
And why NOT Luna as Heavy? She has the Royal Canterlot Voice. Isn't that enough? (Plus she's the most powerful pony in that line-up so...)

Well, I think it's safe to say that your ideas and mine don't quite coincide when it comes to 'hilarious'.
I think that Derpy being an able Sniper, despite being wall-eyed, would be an incredible thing. Aside from being hilarious, it would also be awe-inspiring that she was able to work beyond her handicap and teach herself how to do something that others may not expect her to be capable of.
And as a brony, I don't see any reason to follow the 'original' MLP TF2 crossover. As a matter of fact, there IS no 'official' MLP TF2 crossover until Hasbro, The Hub or Valve says so and even then, I may not agree with it.
After all, being a brony isn't about 'following the crowd'. It's about liking ponies.

I said 'official', not original. They WOULD need permission for an official crossover and then it would be considered 'canon'. (But as we all know, just because it's 'canon' doesn't mean that people always agree with it.)
And I have looked up the original version. I obviously don't like it so I made my own. If you don't like my version then you can be on your way.

I don't care for the 'official' brony versions.
Twilight as a Sniper makes zero sense to me. Why would the resident friend-maker coop herself up in a corner somewhere and wait for hours in solitude to snipe someone? (Plus a Derpy Sniper was just too good to pass up.)
Applejack as an Engie ALSO makes zero sense to me because she's too aggressive and athletic to camp any part of the base. Plus I really can't see her as the type to get eleven hard science PhDs. School really seems to be more Twilight Sparkle's thing.
And why not? Can't you imagine Twilight Sparkle, hanging out by her dispenser, having a casual conversation then sitting by her Sentry gun as she writes her latest friendship report?
Pinkie Pie as a Pyro is a cute idea but she talks too much. I'd rather her scream insanity as the Demoman instead of going, "HUDDA-HUDDA-HUDDA!" So I swapped her with Spike, who - in his defense - actually HAS fire capabilities and has been shown numerous times to have an immunity to fire.
And Big Mac as the Heavy? I think it's funnier to have Luna and her Traditional Royal Canterlot Voice running around with a minigun. (Plus it gave me an excuse to have an all-female team with Spike as the only obvious exception.)
But that's just me.

AJ as engineer is easy on one thing, TEXAS ACCENT & cowboy related just like Engie is. Zecora is easy, Demoman & her are blacks.
Oh well, if you are not part of the official version, then I can say you're exempt from it. Be Different! You know where that quote comes from.
