Def:
When the Empire lost the Battle of Jakku many Imperial assets fled tot he unknown system to escape New Republic wrath, and to regroup. There this group of Imperial re-formed the Galactic Empire as the First Order. As the First order grew in strength and had more, and more Resurgent-Class Star Destroyer built the old Imperial I/II-Class Star Destroyers still in their possession were looking a bit... outdated. Even though a single Imperial I/II-Class Star Destroyer was a powerful too, the First order could not ignore the thousands of flaws that where built in this line of ships. The First Order knew their Imperial Star Destroyers couldn't stand a chance against New Republic warships, so they decided to scrap most of them, and use the parts to build larger, and vastly more powerful warships. This new ship would later be known as the Ultimus-Imperator-Class Star Destroyer, or simply known as the Ultimus-Class Star Destroyers.
At 3,270 meters long, the ship was roughly 354 meters longer than the Resugent-class, but unlike the Resugent-Class the Ultimus-Class used more outdated tech, but these outdated tech should confuse thous who'd stand before the First order as a "weakness". The ship was armed with a large number of octuple heavy turbolaser turrets covering the ship's mid section, along with hundreds of secondary weaponry, all adding up being more than enough firepower capable of destroying some of the largest New Republic warships.
Though the ship used old Imperial systems, and weaponry the ship was built to the First order schematics such as having the bridge being-placed in a less obvious place, and adding several redundant bridges in the possibility of the main bridge being destroyed or disabled.
In the end the First order had less Ultimus-Class Star Destroyers than Resurgent-class which led to New Republic, and Resistance forces knowing little to nothing about the ship. This led to heavy casualties as New Republic Remnant and Resistance cells began encountering the ship, and not knowing how to fight it. So far in the First order's conquest of the Galaxy only one class of ship has been seen capable of going one on one with the Ultimus-Class, that being the Galactic Remnant's Imperial/Imperator III-Class Star Destroyer  thanks to the ship's heavy armor, and shielding.

Yes, Impressive. BUT, is she vulnerable to being taken out by one damaged A-wing fighter whose pilot has decided to go Kamikaze as he knows he's toast anyway?!  Best scene in Return of the Jedi was that A-wing being damaged and the pilot crashing it into the Super Star Destroyer's bridge.  Then the whole thing plows into the Death Star Mk II and all hell breaks loose.  That pilot should have had a fricking memorial for him and honored his sacrifice and memory.  Luke destroyed the first Death Star BUT this pilot, with his sacrifice, took out a Super Star Destroyer AND by doing that also took out half the Death Star Mk II.  Yet we don't know his name or who the hell he was.  The heroes get the glory but its the little guys who do all the actual work!

Could you make a few new possible versions of the DEATH STAR: from big to GIGANTIC: Jupiter-sized, for example!!...

The first death star wars around 160 kilometers wide alright? That's roughly 100 miles wide... If I were to up scale the Death Star to Jupiter's size, it would be around 139,822.0598 kilometers. That's about 873.89 times bigger... I mean I could easily do this, though at the scale I'd have to use there would be very little, to any hull details.

It's funny because i've just finished watching your spanish tank back there and when i jumped into this destroyer my mind made me imagine it with a "spanish tan" hull instead of the bluish grey!
Maybe a long range exploration/military variant?...
Good job so far!
