This is another good pony piece. Its simply stunning.
Clearly a lot of effort has been put into this one. I adore the textures on the tail and background. I love the concentration expression on the face as it suggests that he is summoning her magic. I love the rings too.
On a constructive note the feathers on the wings are perhaps too sharp. I would suggest curving the edges and perhaps giving them more texture.
But other than that I do no know if there is anything else that I can say.. Great piece though nice work done keep it up

Definitly you tryed hard to bring majesty look for character. What shows at first the arrangation of pony's body.
I like the effect use to colored her hairs, as well of their wavy shape. The bransoletes looks natural and shining. The mimicry and luminoscity light around horn bring the look of magical user who is going to make a spell.
The galactic look on background also fullfill effect of supernatural and majestic.
But I think the shadows are a little too soft airbrush for such scene in cosmos and makes pony looks less 3D than rest of picture. Especially around wings and bottom legs.
