sorry for the late reply, I just used the animation tool in photoshop and exported it as a gif file.

No problem! Thanks for getting back to me Did you also use Photoshop to draw the pixel before you animated it? I'm interested in making my own and so far I've tried using SAI, GIMP, and MS Paint but am not a fan of any one of those in particular.

yep used photoshop for everything here just made a really small canvas and the pen tool.

I dont think those programs have a animation tool.

but yea alot easier on photoshop and there are programs specifically made for sprites.

i didn't either, I just looked at pixel artists that i liked and looked at what they did.
try using ms paint! ^^ good start
