He is a peanut vacuum cleaner! I love shooting in the falling snow. So many moods depending on the lighting. Mostly this winter I've been shooting through a window. The small birds don't mind me getting close, but the cards and jays won't come around if I am outside.

Yes. The cardinal is the state bird and there are plenty of them. I've had as many as 14 at the feeders at one time.
