• Kithood: - Daughter of Hawkgaze and Berrywing, two she-cats who took Pigeonfang as a donor, born along one brother, who sadly havent get her little legs. After a serious fight between Hawkgaze and Berrywing, Berrywing spread the rumour that Otterkit was cursed by Starclan because of her "deformed" legs. But fortunally, most of the clan did not believed her, and after she and Hawkgaze broke up and Hawkgaze took Pigeonfang as mate, Berrywing felt sorry about all the fuss and started to be more present with Otterkit and her brother, Jaykit. Otterkit soon realized that she had two moms and a dad. For some time in the nursery she was hardly teased about it, but she got over all this with her natural optimism.

• Apprentiship: . Otterpaw was made a apprentice along her brother during the times of the flood, what caused then to have a dificultal and hard training, spending most of the time helping out with the clan. She tried to get her way with the medicine cat, only to be reminded how much she was needed as an warrior.
