The texture is nice, it looks a lot like a traditional aquaral painting on paper. I think the mermaid looks a little manley. mainly due to the face and the general body features, maybe excep the boob and pose.
The water waves are nice, but I think they should align to the horrizon. Ausser dem sieht es gut aus, sehr komfortabel und gut komposiert.

Yeah.. I know that the head doesnt look very feminine. Its not easy to convert a guy (mococrome123s OC Kirk) into a female. I failed a bit at this task. And I thought the same about the water. Have you an idea hoe to show the waves until the horizon. I mean you need a finer and finer brush.. @-@ Endless work. Habe you a better faster idea?

Uh, I need to think fast, my computer is running out of battery... Just move the horrizon down or the existing waves up. That doesn't take much and it would complete the bg. Moving the horrizon down doesn't seem to affect the perspective that the drawing is drawn in anyway.
