yeah i love long hair, mine was to my waist, i cut it, im letting it grow back out, its like 4 inches past my shoulders now, i love long hair so much, i dont like short hair at all lol

Digital! I used Blur's Good Brush, you can google it and download it and it has a ton of painterly stuff for photoshop
