   ▸ Information: Being endowed with dragon magic and being part dragon himself, Red was born with the innate ability to breathe fire. Due to his size, lack of training, and small magic threshold, he’s not very good at it. Being underwater stops him from breathing fire, but being drenched does nothing to stop him. His body/hair is immune to his fire as well as any other fire, but his clothes however are not.
▸ Proficiency: Red’s not had much training in any combat or magic useage, so he’s not good at utilizing the abilities he does have.
▸ Cooldown: He can do a handful of rounds of fire before he has to stop due to the strain on his throat and his low magic threshold. He’ll have to wait a few minutes to start again if he goes overboard.

   ▸ Information: Forged of mythril from Dwarven homesteads deep within a dormant volcano was this tiny little lizard. It was to be an art piece, delivered to a metal connoisseur who resided all the way in Windfall. During the transport to Windfall, the cargo was jumbled and attacked by bandits, ruining a lot of merchandise, the metal lizard included, it got a gaping crack in its forehead. After it was delivered, the man who had ordered it was abhorred by the defect and threw the lizard away. Red happened upon it, and because he liked lizards, took it with him and affectionately named it Fi.
Using the money saved from allowances, Red took it to Calvin for a Special Enchantment, giving the lizard artificial intelligence. Due to the crack in the lizard's body it leaks the magic required to keep it sentient so Red has to keep resupplying it with fire to keep it going, otherwise it would die. Red has to occasionally breathe a small bit of fire through the crack, giving it more time to move around. Due to the enchantment it has, Red also has the ability to make the metal lizard bigger, if he breathes more fire into it (metal becoming malleable when heated. Imagine it like glass blowing or blowing up a balloon). The biggest he could do before completely exhausting himself is make Fi as big as a small pony. When Fi is this big, they’re good for transportation, tanking, and knocking enemies away with its tail. It can maintain this size for about 30 minutes before it begins to slowly shrink back to its original size.

One word to sum up Red would be “believer.” He believes that everyone is innately good, he believes in himself and the people around him, he believes in kind deeds paying off in the future, and he believes maintaining a hard-working attitude and positive spirit is the best way to live. When he was young, he used to be a “dreamer”, when he was confined to his bed as a sickly little kid, watching the world move on without him outside his window. But since he’s gotten better, he now believes instead of dreaming.
Red is a go-getter- a loud, social creature with an optimistic attitude paired with a crooked smile. The light in his eyes only seem to shine brighter when he’s working to help someone else, and when he does he’ll give it 110%. But with the good, there is bad. He has a short-fuse and gets frustrated easily, which makes him want to drop something entirely and forget about it. He tends to run away from his problems if they seem too overwhelming. He’s also greedy, and a bit on the ditzy side. If there’s treasure, he wants it. If it involves thinking things out, he’ll pass. He’s a ball of instinct, he trusts what his gut or heart tells him and typically doesn’t think before he does. He’s the type to charge in first and ask questions later, making him reckless and spontaneous.

History:
Reds and Emils parents, Nadii and Ramir, are from the Lythian tribe long lost to the deserts sandstorms. An elderly woman adventurer who had happened upon their tribe while lost in a sandstorm ran into the two of them while seeking shelter. Wary of a stranger at first, the two soon warmed up to the adventurer and allowed her to stay in their home while the sandstorm wore itself out. To pass the hours, they listened with eyes filled with wonder as the woman wove tales of her adventures outside of the very small world Nadii and Ramir knew. There was so much out there to explore, to experience.
Days had passed before it was finally safe to send the woman on her travels, but she didn’t leave as alone as she had come. The newly wed couple decided to drop everything and leave the security of their tribe to explore the vast world. The first two to actually leave the tribe in years, and they planned on possibly never returning. The years passed as they explored with their new friend, the two Lythians had a young, healthy son that they named Emil. Their travels continued even with the baby in tow, but all of their adventures came to a halt when they had a second son, this one very sickly and unstable. Stopping in a floating town called Windfall, the two Lythians were worried about their newest child. He was small, weak, very sick. He wouldn’t be able to handle the travels like their first child Emil could.
It was then that their old adventuring friend told them that Windfall was her hometown, and her retired husband actually lived there. While resting in the vast Bed and Breakfast that was the womans home, she announced she was finally retiring from her years of adventuring. She was getting much too old for all the excitement, and couldn’t keep up with the young couple anymore. It was then that she offered to watch the two young dragon brothers so the couple could continue to explore the world, only if they promised to return often and see their children. The two parents spent days lamenting on the offer before finally accepting it, and with a tearful goodbye left both of their sons in the arms of the two everyone in town affectionately called “Granny” and Gramps.”
Nadi and Ramir never returned. Years flew by with no word from the two, shortly after they had left all communication had ceased. Granny couldn't do anything but continue to raise the two boys and tell them stories of their parents adventures when she traveled with them. As they grew, Emil became an over-protective brother, especially with how sick his little brother Red always was. Even when Red got better in his later teen years, the older brother continued to worry. As soon as the boy was well enough to finally explore the world outside of his home, he quickly became enamored with the idea of traveling and adventuring, much like his parents. For his 17th birthday, Emil finally relented to make a guild in his name and letting Red run it. From that day on the boy's been adamant about getting people to join.

Abilities:
▸ Thick Skin; Fortified by tough scales in select places on his body, and born with naturally thicker skin, it makes Red harder to bruise or cut. He’s definitely not impervious, but things like paper cuts are harder to do.
▸ Fire Breathing; As he is part dragon, he can breathe fire. The best he can do is similar to a can of aerosol to a lighter but his big brother Emil can do much more for longer. Similarly, when he’s agitated or building up to breathing fire, small wisps of smoke trail out of his nose.

Strengths:
▸ Fire(heat) Resistant; Thanks to the many years his species spent adapting to the desert's harsh conditions and the magic imbedded in them from Lyth, they are nearly resistant to intense heats. Fires do not burn or singe any of their skin or hair, but their clothes will burn if not heat resistant. The only kind of extreme heat they couldn’t stand is lava, which affects them like it does most people.
▸ Determined; Once Red sets his mind to something, it’s hard to change it. If he’s got a plan, he’ll stick to it unless it starts to fall apart. Giving up is never an option, there’s always a way, even if they have to look at something from a different angle.
▸ Innovative Creator; Since he spent a lot of time pent up indoors during his childhood, he had to find creative ways to entertain himself. He prides himself at being pretty good to make something out of random items, impromptu. He’s also pretty good at arts and crafts related to paper, like origami or making paper kites/lanterns.
▸ Team Work; Outside of the few stray wild ideas Red has, he’s all for team work. He believes in everyone in his guild, and together they can do anything!

Weaknesses:
▸ Wings/Flight; His wings take up a lot of space on his back, making it hard for him to see behind himself. It’s also hard for him to shimmy through tight spaces. Red also has a weak body and back muscles, and because of this he can’t sustain himself while flying, rendering the boy flightless.
▸ Cold Conditions; Because they've spent so much time in the desert building up their resistance to the heat, any resistance the Lythians had to the cold is gone. Cold temperatures, snow, and ice immediately make Red or any Lythians sluggish and stiff. Cold weather also makes him sick if exposed to it for too long.
▸ Frail; Since birth Red has been a sickly, weak child. He has a horrible immune system, low stamina, and an overall weak body. He’s slowly getting better at building up his immune system and stamina, but his big brother still freaks out about the smallest things.
▸ Greed; It could be the dragon side of him, or perhaps it’s just a natural part of him, but Red is extremely greedy when it comes to treasure. Shiny coins, jewels, anything that looks valuable he wants, and he’ll fight someone for it if he believes it’s rightly his. Underneath his bed is a hoarders nest of random trinkets and treasures. Do not touch, he has a sixth sense about people touching his treasure.
