Full view to see the tutorialI explain how to do that "anime" stile colouring with sharp edges and brilliant colours.
It's my first tutorial; it goes very into detail so that even people who are new to photoshop will be able to follow it easily, while people who already know how to use the program will probably be able to understand it just by looking at the images.
It's a very big file (1,72 MB) so if you haven't got a broadband connection it may take a long time to load.

I've been looking for a good tutorial of coloring things in photoshop for a while now... This is the best I have found! It's quick, simple, and you understand everything. Very good job! I think this will be useful in the future!

i just read your tutorial =] but i can't seem to do that thing where you cut and paste onto a new layer.... how did you end up with one blank layer and one with a drawing on? when i do it, i get 2 layers with my lineart one and i can only go over one of them in white..... =S

I can't find the part you're referring to...can you tell me the number of the part?

All you have to do is select the lineart layer and press those three shortcuts
You'll have a blank layer and an other one over it with the lineart

hmmm i'll try it again but it always leaves me with a dodgey grey squared layer and the new layer has my lineart on =S
