1) They are highly akin to Unown. However, they come in 33 different forms, each one based on Russan Cyrillic Script.
2) Their mouths mostly hang open, uttering no noise. However, they occasionally whisper a single sound repetitively.

1) These disquieting Pokemon whisper gibberish all the time. To a person listening, it gets louder. And their voices sound human.
