Description
You know...there's some kind of special joy I take in subverting the stereotypical "Cute Electric Rodent" trope.First they were warlike (Armouti). Then they were monstrous (Daivuoru and Dobharchu). And finally...they're this.

Posshock
The Play Possum Pokemon
Electric
Ability: Volt Absorb/Lightning Rod (Sturdy)
Region: Woostil
POKEDEX:
1) These Pokemon can feign death by stopping their heart with an electric shock, and restarting it again with another shock.
2) Posshock are able to endure many otherwise fatal situations. Even if they are struck by a car, they survive, none the worse for wear.

Ability: Volt Absorb/Lightning Rod (Sturdy)
Region: Woostil
POKEDEX:
1) They have no heartbeat, and virtually no brain activity. Yet they still walk, shambling about lifelessly in search of their next meal.
2) These Pokemon hunt in groups. They aren't fast at all, but their persistence is enough to make others terrified of them.

Base: Posshock is pretty much your average Electric Rodent. BUT...
- Faintric, on the other hand. Didn't wanna make him like every other Dead Possum Fakemon. So, think! What sort of undead monster is revived using electricity?
Frankenstein's Pocket Monster, of course!
FUN FACT:
- You evolve Posshock by allowing it to faint against certain Pokemon. To be more specific, certain predatory Pokemon.
- If Faintric had a sprite...its head and body would be twitching and convulsing uncontrollably. Like...Lisa from Silent Hill P.T.
- If Horde Battles were ever a thing...you'd better believe you'll run into plenty of these. Like a frickin' zombie horde...

Nice to throw such unique typing for a Pokemon that ain't mythical or legendary level/status and to make use of few things

I like their designs, but I think the Posshock's head looks like from any cartoon, but not Pokemon.
I mean, not only 1st stage Pokemon tend to have their heads bigger than their bodies,
but also just the shape....or it's just about hair tufts that are there. Somethign is wrong,
but I cannot put my finger on it, sorry.
Nono, I'm not saying these are bad, absolutely nope!
I'm trying to give you some constructive criticism and if you ever doubt what could make your artwork better,
I'm trying to give a clue, but uhh....I'm not perfect, right?
anyway, like said in the beginning, I LOVE THESE....! I would catch and use them if in any Fakemon game
like Pokemon Uranium (gosh, these somehow fit so well to those Nuclear 'mons!)

I don't agree too much with Poke-Poet. I think you improved Faintric significantly - especially because Woostil is also a season based region that expands on seasons. Something like this Faintric is perfect for the fall season in the region since it was a little void of a Halloween feel outside of Bleabatt (which is a vampire bat and classic vampire combination).

Interesting concept, but somehow it seems a bit predictable for something that came from you... Maybe it's because, as you said, you keep subverting the standard Electric Rodent pokemon. Maybe stop subverting it for a while and start improving upon it instead? This also might seem a bit less interesting than usual because zombie stuff has been done WAY too much.

I mean all things considering, you're right. I just figured since Pika-Clones are pretty much obligatory for all regions, it'd be fun to make them un-cute and profoundly unmarketable for kids. In this case, also tried to mix it up by specifically modeling it after Frankenstein. Even though when you get down to it, it's pretty much just a zombie...
WELL. This certainly doesn't seem as enthralling as it should now!
However...if I should start improving on the concept, I think a good place to start would be this!
I hadn't revamped this yet, so I might still have a chance to make a good Electric Rodent!

Hmm, Electric/Ice? Now THAT is an improvement! Making the mundane magical. A simple rabbit becomes a much more creative creature as a pokemon, but you took it a step further by making the evolution simply bigger and better without sacrificing too much that the first stage had. Something that puts Pikachu to shame! Proof that it isn't a Pika-clone, rather Pikachu was a clone of IT, he just didn't know it yet! XD
The color scheme is wonderful too!
