HOOHOOOHOOHAHAHAHAAA!!! DID IT!!!I've been struggling with art in general for the past few days, but finally managed to make it through by putting out one awesome line of Mons! This is one I've been meaning to make for for a loooooooong time. And finally freakin' did it! Heavens above, and I like how this one came out! Now lemme tell you all about 'em!
--------------------------
Turkuchi
The Sumo Bird Pokemon
Fighting/Ground
POKEDEX:
1) A proud warrior, it's not very big, but it's already extremely heavy, being able to shrug off many attacks, and squash enemies flat with its sheer weight alone.
2) In order to build up its mass, Turkrush is known to consume many times its own body weight in a single sitting. Therefore, they're a common sight in eating contests.
-------------------------
Ozurkey
The Ozeki Pokemon
Fighting/Ground
POKEDEX:
1) Ozurkey have disciplined themselves greatly to perfect their art of sumo wrestling. Those who dare to disrespect the rules of combat will find themselves smothered by this Pokemon.
2) One of Subahkistan's mightiest Pokemon, the loud gurgles of their stomach, signaling an insatiable appetite for battle, are enough to strike fear in the hearts of those they encounter.
------------------------
Turkozuna
The Heavy Pokemon
Fighting/Ground
POKEDEX:
1) Having risen through the ranks to become a champion, there is no equal to it. It commands respect from its opponents the second it steps into the ring.
2) Turkozuna is so enormously heavy, its feet make the earth shake beneath it. However, it sleeps often, causing other smaller Pokemon to use its belly as a bed.
---------------------------
EXTRAS:
- This was its initial design. But eventually decided to go for something a bit more Pokemon-y looking.
- It's a Ground-Type, because it needs only to stamp its huge feet onto the ground to make quakes. And it helps that it's a ground-dwelling bird!
- As a Turkuchi, it weighs at least 300 lbs. Probably more. So you can imagine how huge Turkozuna is. @_@
- Its name is inspired by various sumo ranks. Jonokuchi (lowest), Ozeki (second highest), and Yokozuna (highest).

Very nicely designed. Thing is, it reminds me of the Makuhita line does to also being sumo wrestler based Pokémon. Not that this is a bad thing.

Cool idea and neat design! I think it is better than the initial sketch, especially the "crown" feathers. It looks a lot more like the essential hairstyle that sumo wrestlers have. And that hairstyle is very important in the sumo wresting profession. To cut it off is to never professionally pursue the sport ever again! It is an act of atonement meant only for punishing a disgraced sumo wrestler. So naturally, it would be kind of important to at least make the feathers on the head SOMEWHAT similar. Which you did.

Sorry about not replying to this until today. But I'm actually particularly proud of this one, and hope to touch up a few more oldies in this style!
Maybe thinking of re-doing Reagle...

Not a prob, dude, don't worry about it
If you wanna redo Reagle, go ahead! Perhaps even include the Cairas Royal Family? Seeing as how they're half human, half Reagle
