Description THIS IS HIGHLY INCOMPLETE. But it's a remake of dis right o'er here.

Mostly because in my opinion, my first attempt from years back has JUST a little too much detail going on for it to look truly Pokemon-y. So I'm about to apply a fresh coat of paint to it, and remake the line. With some differences!

I've got Galarian Gallade figured out after this. But I'm kinda unsure as to what to do with Galarian Gardevoir. Tried making her hair look like a weeping willow, but it looked eh. Maybe I should just leave it the way it is for the most part, but cleaned up? What do you guys think?

EDIT: I got Gallade. But still no Gardevoir.

Hmmm...for some reason, I can't quite make the "weeping willow" look work for Gardevoir. Personally I find weeping willows/golden curl willows to be difficult to draw as it is, but trying to stylize it in Pokemon style...dunno, it ended up looking sloppy when I tried sketching it.

My plan was to make her have curly blonde-ish leaf-hair, like an elf. But it didn't look good this time around. Either I'll try taking inspiration from oak trees instead (i.e. where Dryads in mythology inhabited), or stick to my initial plan, and make it more straight this time.

EDIT 2: Now there's Galarian Gardevoir! I think this is the one, my dudes! Managed to make a sort of curly ponytail, and well...it looks like an Elven Archer now. XD Legolas much? At first tried to make flowing robes, but figured I could get more mileage from something unique!

Lemme know if this one is any good!

---------------------------

Galarian Ralts
The Woodland Pokemon
Grass/Fairy
(Chlorophyll/Aroma Veil/Pixilate)
"Ralts look like tree stumps, leaving them well hidden in the forest. They only eat natural foods, especially fruit."
"Ralts enjoy pulling pranks on people, since it's so easy for them to hide. But they become bashful if found out."

Galarian Kirlia
The Blooming Pokemon
Grass/Fairy
(Chlorophyll/Aroma Veil/Pixilate)
"Kirlia often don't understand social norms. So they may come across as unmanageable, if not highly emotional."
"Kirlia are full of energy, and on sunny days, will dance on hilltops until rings of flowers appear all around them."

Galarian Gardevoir
The Ranger Pokemon
Grass/Fairy
(Chlorophyll/Aroma Veil/Pixilate)
"Gardevoir share such a strong bond with nature that they won't let harm befall even a single Pokemon or tree in their care."
"They are purported to live in a supernatural realm hidden under rings of mushrooms. These fair folk prefer to come out at night."

Galarian Gallade
The Green Knight Pokemon
Grass/Fighting
(Defiant/Leaf Guard)
"To strengthen their leafy blades, they slash and slice at a single tree day after day, but heal it immediately afterwards."
"Gallade are incredibly territorial, and are especially unforgiving to people and Pokemon who desecrate their forests in any way."

they look neat.

so Tipsy, what do you think about the leaked Eternatus in SwSh?, that monster is an awesome eldritch alien, and it's coincidential but Eternatus' appearance and the looks of it's Eternamax form reminds me of some of your Spacemons from long ago.

now in lore terms Tipsy, you have heard of vague legends of that Pokemon, it is said Eternatus is the origin of Dynamax energy, but what is exactly Dynamax energy?, i believe it's some sort of anomalous radiation siphoned from higher dimensions of the universe, althrough it could be related to the Omniwave, since Eternatus' core produces infinite energy and it warps the spacetime continuum!.

Professor Tipsy, speaking! I've been discussing this with Weirda yoday day, and my fine friend...you're onto something! But allow me to input.

Think of it like this: Eternatus does indeed look VERY extradimensional. And while Dynamax energy in itself is not well understood, it IS understood that Dynamax/Gigantamax transformations are accompanied by a sort of...hole.

The Dynamax energy itself flows in the Pokemon so strongly that the Pokemon is REQUIRED to grow in size in order to accommodate it all! Yet the extradimensional hole that appears over D-Max'd Pokemon each time seems to temporarily alter the laws of physics in that immediate area, to allow the Dynamax'd Pokemon to effectively bypass the Square Cube law. It's two components to make one giant transformation.

Researching this phenomena up close really IS a pain in the ass, because it's both dangerous to observe up close, and it's short-lived.

Heh...suddenly I have a LOT more respect for Professor Magnolia for tackling this beast of a research topic.

hey Tipsy, Eternatus is actually extraterrestrial than extradimensional, since it came from a meteor many centuries ago!.

can you still speculate what Eternatus is actually composed of?, the purple bone-like structures appear to be made of crystallized dark energy, but i wonder why Eternatus takes a dragon-like form when in fact it's true Eternamax form looks nothing like on Earth?.

- You know... the thought of Kirlia basically being more like a pre-teen than a mischievous forest folk. Something about that's quite amusing. XD

- If anything, I think that their next Evolution COULD have more to do with their role in nature as opposed to gender. Kind of like in FantasTech, where male disciples of Alicia get turned into Satyrs!

- And Gardevoir uhh...still can't quite pin down a look I'm happy with. I tried out golden curl willow hair, to make it look like the Gardevoir has elven blonde hair. Maybe even with braids! ...STILL trying to figure out how to make it look passable. It doesn't quite ring the bell yet.

Ooooohhh...THAT'S more in line with what I was looking for. Smooth enough to work well with Pokemon shading, and can make this variation look real unique! Probably a little thinner and longer, to convey a sense of elegance. And with a flower garland too!

I think I also might wanna make this Gardevoir variation appear robed. Like, perhaps draped in flowing robes  www.ancient-origins.net/sites/… that give them a sense of splendor! Perhaps with flower petal motifs.

If I finish my studies, this has the chance to come together reeeal nicely.
