three spacemon ideas that i have:

Protscions: inspired by the Protheans from Mass Effect, they are sleeker insectoid aliens with smooth alien skin, their tentacled fingers have rainbow-colored markings on their tips and they use touch-based Psychometry for communication and other purposes, it's Bug/Cosmic.

Cosmolevias, inspired by the Leviathans from Mass Effect 3, they are spacefaring alien crustaceans that controlled many people in order to create the Synthsquids, Cosmolevias themselves have armored skin that looks biomechanical but have psionic organs on the inside, the armored skin can glow in many bioluminescent patterns, they have nine light blue eyes that are connected with each other via psionic lines, they don't have manipulatory limbs, but their eyes can shoot psychic light-based tentaclex to mind control people and use them as manipulators in order to create technologies, trying to analyze the incomprehensible minds of the Cosmolevias results in insanity, it's Eldritch/Water.

Synthsquids, inspired by the Reapers from Mass Effect, they are the sapient bio-metal-synthetic creations of the Cosmolevias, they are capable of shooting laser beams made of molten metal accelerated to a fraction of the speed of light to destroy spaceships and melt many continents, they can also create fear-inducing horrendous noises, indoctrination fields, launch indoctrination orbs and beams to permanently corrupt the minds of people, entire bodies and minds of humans and biological pokemon can be stored inside the Synthsquids via using harvesting pods in which the entire bodies melt into gruesome genetic paste, including corrupted minds too, they also have higgs-boson deflector shields to counter both physical and special attacks while the attacks change their mass, the indoctrination effects are described to be horrific, like Mind-Rape stuff involving victims painfully feeling "reaper organs inside my body", dead Synthsquids can still use indoctrination, even a dead god can dream..., it's Tech/Fear/Eldritch.
