Appearance: Somewhat faster and slimmer than most of his species, brown eyes, smooth body and plates, longer tail.

Personality: Witty, dynamic, reliable, tough, daring, impatient, unrestrained.

- He was already a Rhydon when he first met Alexa.

- He almost single-handedly defeated Team Galactic’s Pokémon inside Stark Mountain before Alexa had any chance to train him herself, a moment he still takes pride in as he believes it “proved his worth” to Alexa; Alexa disagrees with the sentiment, but is still impressed by the accomplishment nonetheless.

- He evolved into Rhyperior while Alexa was helping Keenan to evolve his Scyther into Scizor.

- Despite being a Ground/Rock type, he loves to swim. This is Alexa’s favourite fact to surprise people with.

- He doesn’t – or won’t – acknowledge the rivalry Caesar the Nidoking believes they have; he doesn’t take Caesar seriously and is more amused by his efforts to forge a rivalry than anything else.

Even with my redesign for the species and even though I actually really like Rhyperior as a Pokémon, I hated drawing him...kinda makes me wonder why I even bothered letting him survive the overhaul...
