Siora is trying to study for her upcoming exams, with the help of her closest companions. Like her mother, she is a powerful mage, but doesn't rely on it nearly as much. She also is far more comfortable around the non-elven races, something Tialah knows will eventually lead to sorrow.

This shot is largely a distraction for me, and a bit of a break from Unreal. I've spent the last few weeks learning how to make, and decorate landscapes, and fiddling about learning more Unreal basics. I haven't anything quite ready to showcase, but something is coming soon. Landscapes and the potential for large, long, and consistent shots is about half of the reason I want to switch to UE from Daz. The other half is the sheer brute speed with which it completes renders. The very friendly user interface is icing, frankly. Its character posing limitations, relative to Daz, is about the only thing holding me back from just switching.

That said, this character is the result of imagining if, over 1000+ years, Tialah would have had time for a child. It seems at some point she did. In the story unravelling in my mind these last few weeks I don't know if she'll appear much at all, but I might make a few more renders of her anyway. The keyhole shot was a last minute idea while constructing the scene, but it really worked quite better than I imagined. This has a bit of a flat angle feel to it, as I used a 200mm 'lens' and the subject is not terribly far from the camera.
