Short Description: Natasha is a big big girl. Black and white mottled with two blue eyes, her figure is both lithe and muscular; the muscles thicker mainly in her shoulders and back legs. Her coat isn't exceptionally long, but it has an under coat and is incredible dense, course and thick.

Personality: When you first meet Natasha it is evident that she is an extremely cold and callous creature. She has no time for those around her, and yet has a somewhat mothering tendency towards young creatures as well as fellow strays like herself. Her voice is always edged, razor thin, as if she's waiting for the very ground she walks on to turn on her and attack. More times then not she is oozing disdain and bitterness towards the world around her, especially humans and their pets. She doesn't trust a sled dog as far as she can throw him, and would rather chew her own leg of then ever have a human touch her. Ever. Natasha's bark and bite are both awful, and she doesn't hesitate to act on a threat, or act before she threatens. She feels hate just as strong for both female and male pets, and though she welcomes and tolerates her fellow strays, she doesn't exactly have what you would call 'friends'. As far as wolf dogs are concerned, Natasha sees them as another abandoned link in a chain and welcomes them into her fold with open arms.

Background: Natasha was never born into a life of luxury or love. She never played as a puppy, and she never knew what it was like to actually have someone care. Born in New York, Natasha was ripped from her mother as soon as possible and thrust into a world of darkness, pain and abuse. She was raised as a pit dog, a fighting dog, and not as a bait dog but as the dog who actually inflicted the pain and won the fights. Whipped and beaten to the point of frenzied rage, Natasha won fight after fight to insure her own worth and life.

Eventually she was hauled to the outskirts of Nome, the fight masters following the trail of money and setting themselves up in Nome's wilderness to run one of the biggest, and yet most secret, pit rings of their time. Here she stayed, doing what she did best day after day, winning and killing without a second thought because to her it was simply what she was born to do. Every dog in this situation however dreams of escape and despite her knowing only this life, Natasha picked her moment carefully and made a run for it. It was a cold morning and one of the pit hands was taking her for a quick walk to do her business. It didn't take much to over power the unprepared, and still slightly intoxicated, human. She mauled his arm, and once he released her she ran. The thought of murdering one of the humans who kept and abused her came to mind but her need to get away from them all together was stronger.

She found her way to Nome, living in the shadows, a phantom among the alleys. She saw how the strays were living, how mutts and mixed breeds and wolf dogs were being treated, and vowed to help them. She gathers those to her now who wish for more then a meager living in the shadow of the alleys, eating scraps and digging through trash. With the few at her side she trusts, Natasha strives for more from her world. It owes her more then that.
