There is such a lovely,gentle feeling in your delicate painting!!I love the trees encompassing the body it gives him a look of being protected and safe while he is thinking!!

I know it is difficult not to wander off into thoughts when meditating. It can be a good idea , to just see the thoughts and not try so hard.
