Description
This isn't actually my first HDRI, Splash has it, too. I just can't believe how much more real things look with it! It's also really useful for setting a mood. And I had some fun with meta objects in the process! Specs:Created with Blender 3D and rendered with YafRay. Render time: 3:46:02.23 at 1600x1200.
PostPro: Signature.
Modeling: All modeling by me. Vertices/Faces: 32,908/36,898.
Textures: Blender procedurals. HDRI image courtesy of elysiun.com
Renderer Specials: DOF, GI, soft shadows.

ftw - For The Win. Mostly used in team-based games like Natural Selection. Can be used to describe something that's great.

Thanks. To get YafRay's depth-of-field to be smooth, you have to do a lot of antialiasing passes. I did 125 Plus, with the soft shadows and GI at highest quality (well, not highest, but pretty high), render time gets up there.
