While I really should move on to other stuff, I couldn't let go this one, waterfall is a gorgeous scenario in this game, or maybe as a raver I happen to be attracted to glowy stuff; regarding Aaron, perhaps he comes out as a creep for many (and in canon) because his attention is unwanted but in general his attitude towards the child is merelly playful (as evidenced on the flexing contest which is the right way to spare him) and while a little arrogant... such a hunk would catch my eye and I would totally get in the water with him /)////(\

First off, the art is beautiful and I love this interpretation of Waterfall.
Second, Aaron seemed to be one of two monsters who never really wanted to harm the player, the other being Whimsalot; it's my partial headcanon that Aaron accidentally hurts the player's SOUL by hitting them while flexing. Β You mentioned the flexing contest, but it's also possible to get him to leave by simply shooing him, or there's a special condition; you meet him with Woshua, use ACT on Woshua to tell a joke, and Aaron finds it amusing enough you can spare him without doing anything to him. Β Sure he's a little narcissistic and the winking could be taken as either innuendo or a character tic, but I kind of like him.

When I played through, shooing him didn't really work for me, I guess sometimes does and sometimes don't.
And I've got yet to try the joke ACT when encountering both Woshua and Aaron together.

Oh, forgot something about the shooing: go find Napstablook's house in Waterfall and play one of the creepy music tracks; a cutscene will play showing Aaron and Woshua getting creeped out. Β Afterwards, Aaron will be susceptible to shooing.
And one other thing that I found out recently: Aaron is the only monster you get more gold from sparing than you do by killing.

And yeah, I knew about the profit on sparing him. And also it seems that for all monsters making their name turn yellow (or pink if you did the thing on the ruins) before sparing them yields even greater profit. I found out that by Flirting with the Moldsmals instead of sparing them on the first turn straight.
