Description
While still trying to understand how back muscles work I also wanted to expand on this character's power (so far only genericly called "Teal dragon") who is aligned under the thunder/electricity element. Electricity flows through his entire body, as you can see on his glowing horns and spiked hair, his resistance is such he can let flow and redirect a lot of electricity without hurting himself, through he has still to be careful, because there's a limit to his power which means he can hurt himself if he overdoes it.

I originally intended him to have a set of inmaterial wings only present when he's "charged" but I had to scrap them because I was unable to work them into the pic, perhaps in a new one I'll show you how those wings are like.
