Description
This is one of the crossing signals on the CSX railroad through Defiance, Ohio. This particular crossing is on the west side of town, and is a great place to watch trains roar through on the mainline.Thought this was a cool pic, wanted to share

Berea has about double those tracks. When they had the crossings there before they started to build the bridge over it you'd rock across those tracks (NS) and bump across CSX.
I was there before they started to build the bridge which was like in 2009 so it would of been 2008 for me. I love that place because you can practically sit feet from the tracks watching trains go by you all day.
They are probably the nicest in condition tracks I've seen.

Well if I get out that way I'll have to make sure to check it out!
This crossing is actually kinda weird. The CSX runs thru on double track, and then the local shortline (Maumee and Western Railroad) comes in kind of from the side. One track goes across the CSX at a diamond, the other joins it at an interchange. The CSX tracks are in really good shape, the MAW tracks look kind of like crap.
