I was watching some youtube video (www.youtube.com/watch?v=0t5tFg… and I noticed that when Serena said "Moon Prism Power" for her very first transformation...her hair spun around all dramatically and I'm like wow nice hair! LOL So then I decided to draw Serena saying "Moon Prism Power" with her hair spinning around all dramatically.
