This is not a drawing, this is a a photo manipulation of the photos below, the creature is originally a husky that i took a picture of for a customer
The image doesnt have a meaning, no reason for the flames, fire, antlers, etc, i just create it because it looks beautiful to me and because i am hired to do so
The reason the hind legs look as one was because the husky was walking in motion whilst i took the image and it was in low light conditions so very low shutter speed, hence the left leg infront of the right, looking as one
The tail does look out of place because of my skill level, hopefully ill get it right on my next piece

(I'm going to tell you how this art piece apear to me and also) I try to give some critism, which was hard.. I never have analysed art before ^^'
Well as usual these are only my opinions, someone could think just opposite than I do, anyways...
+This one is great work, colors make it look like it could be real.
+- I like that wolf but for some reason that tail doesn't fit to it too good, to me it looks like its part of some other creature and doesn't really belong to the wolf, I'm not sure but it could be because of the color change that seem to happen there. The tail sems to be little bit different color than the wolf itself is but I still like the idea of "more than one tail".
- I supose those red spots are sparks of the fire, a few of them looks just odd and I can't really explane why or how... they just don't look right to me.
Also that small "tree" looks to me that it doesn't fit there, I think it's because it's so bright.
I'm surprised that you used 8 hours to it, if I would do such work like this is.. it would take me probably at lest 48 hours but I'm not you
so for 8 hours of working with this totally haven't gone waisted

this is cool i like the tails on the wolf the way they glow yet not flames. the colour change on the top left bird is really subtle it just fades away very nice

It's not really my type of thing but it is brilliantly done! I should think that within a certain genre it is very good. My only comment is that the thin sapling rising immediately above the wolf stands out a bit too much and is distracting from the wolf. It might look better toned down a bit.

Im really quite impressed by the coloring on this along with the textures. The eyes are what strike me the most. Also the greenery in the background is a beautiful contrast to the rest of the picture

I´m very impressed that you could put all these real life pictures together to one amazing picture and put your own touch on it.
although I really like it, I do find the tails a bit odd, like they don´t have any real image behind it like the rest of the husky.

The picture is great, the only mistake here i would points out is shadows.
The reflection of the flame is great an all, but the lack of shadows kinda makes it look unrealistic.
Other than that it's alright.

It's fantastic! I always had an eye for fantasy and fiction. This wonderful piece will inspire many more artists to create something as extravagant as this. It's flashy making the wolf the center of the picture with its decorative features. the forest itself looks mythical or otherworldly.
In fact, you could say this is like some kind of wonderful dream.

"This is a nice piece of work," was really the only thing that came to mind when I started. Not thrilling or particularly innovative in the sense of Crispy Peanut Butter-flavoured M&M's, but it is a rather pleasant piece of photo-manipulation at work.
The cited inspiration has been put to recognisable effect in the piece, though the list of inspiration is certainly lacking. The inspiration-piece was calm, serene and subdued, while this is more pronounced and emotional. A wolf with antlers certainly is something to behold, but at no point is there a hint of a flame or the tails acting like helicopter blades. More importantly, what's the purpose of this? To invoke a sense of what's not in nature? What we as humans are hoping to achieve through our fantasies? Moreover, what's Mako? Is it toxic radiation or a reference to the Mako shark? The vision is not intrinsically clear, nor is it entirely murky. There are some allusions to its purpose, but we, the viewers, are left scratching our heads to figure out its meaning. Some work is good, but coyness turns connoisseurs off or leaves them looking like frustrated baboons.
Though I will confess that seeing a wolf that can both fart fire and power a city through its antlers is something that not many
people would expect to see. One or the other; maybe. Both? Not the Peanut Butter M&M's we dream of, but its on the same track at least. The originality is undoubtedly there in terms of the fluorescent birds and the wolf/reindeer/fire-demon thing, but the twinkling lights on the trees has been done before: Circa December 25 of nearly every year since the 1700's. But given the sci-fi/fantasy conundrum of the piece, and the use of the enchanted forest, they could be easily passed off as something else entirely.
The integration of the various photo stocks are mostly clean and aesthetically pleasing to view, from the leaves on the trees to the seemingly lambent birds. "Mostly." The hue/saturation on the trees gives them more of a pixelated look than an enchanted one. The background lights are cheekily simple and look like LED Christmas lights and radar blips, but do manage to pull their weight in this piece to make it marginally more fantasy esque than without. And one absolutely damning error in the finished piece is the wolf/reindeer/fire-demon thing's hind legs. Did some ghost DNA sneak into the gene-pool before the piece was finished? Little things are forgivable, but not even a fire-breathing wolf wearing the antlers of Rudolph's younger brother can make that any less jarring.
Though to say that it didn't grab my attention in a small 3x4 centimetre box in a comments correspondence message would be a total lie. As I said before - it's not every day that people see this kind of imagination at work. The closest you could get to something like this kind of bizarre working is through a B-listed author overshadowed by their more famous peers, or a Japanese anime if you feel adventurous. Though I do have to question what it's prompting me to do other than to keep complaining why we don't have advanced genetic modification yet.
All right, all right - it's not perfect, but it's not a 40 megaton thermo-nuke on the eyes either. There are mistakes in it, but it at least stands on its own merits. This is something that every piece of art needs to do, and it's refreshing to see that the piece is at least standing if immobile because of a rear-leg amputation.

your color combinations are very nice. also the light off of the fire carries perfectly through the piece, the antlers and the tails of the wolf are done seamlessly. Over all beautiful piece
