This seems like a cold spring morning and that girl have a date with her future boyfriend.... (Ok stop smoking weed now)
I really love the lights and the way you use the sun in your advantage illuminating the hair and contrasting vegetation, but I think that the dragon is out of focus and almost invisible at first view.
The sun brings a warm feeling and the clothes of the girl bring the exact opposite leaving balanced color image and sensations.
This is perfect in my opinion excluding the dragon emerging from far which excluded the essence of the work.

This looks outstanding!! You did a fantastic job with this picture. The little lights around the bottom of this picture really brings out some magical mystery in it. If you do pictures or artwork like this, a lot of people will want to see more of your artwork as soon as possible. But that is my opinion that I give to you as a watcher of yours. Wow...this picture is really, really beautiful, amazing, fantastic, outstanding, stunning *add more adjectives here*...
I like the effect of the sunlight shining through the leaves, illuminating the scenery. It looks like she is looking forward to something good. Maybe she's just enjoying the sun and the weather although it's cold o.o I just the the little dragonshadow you add in the photo!! That's cool^^
The little glowing dots appear to be fireflies.....
