Description
Here is some of the work that I did while developing the character Upchuck for the Cartoon Network Studios program Ben 10, the episode The Visitor. Many possiblities were generated for the idea of Upchuck. Some in fact were later to appear in the episodes Ben 10,000 and Ken 10 as both other heroes and villains.BEN 10 and all related characters are trademarks of and © Cartoon Network.

WELL DONE YOU! #2 became Spitter later on. Also #9 became Arctiguana for the same episode, "Ben 10,000". The Spy versus Spy thing was entirely unintentional though.

What are the names of 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8? Did you have any ideas for their names, or were they all Upchuck?

They were all Upchuck to begin with, just different possible directions for the power/alien to take.

Speaking of which... yes! The little green Gummy Bear alien that spits up energy blasts.
He's adorable in a weird sort of way ^_^
So that's what the Ken 10 baddies names are...I always wondered.

I really dig that Gullet and Sploot got an opportunity to see daylight, however brief. Spitter(#2) and Arctiguana(#9) came from that bunch as well.

No problem. I was the character design Supervisor for seasons 3 and 4. I actually designed Eye Guy, Waybig, Benwolf, Ditto, Upchuck, Benviktor, Benmummy, Ben 10k, Arctiguana, and Spitter to name a few. It is mostly a matter of finding copies of my work as I am always working on new things and have not actually worked on old school Ben 10 in many months.

How bout you show us whats to come up, like new alien after Swampfire and the others. I'm a huge fan of the show so I'll probably be acting like a geek(if you are realy part of the team I'm still going to be cautious).
You might even check this out.([link] ). Its was a contes to se who could make the best ben 10 alien.
Anyway. The art is so cool. It's amazing to see how much chang Upchuck went trough to get to a small, green, gummy alien. You did an amazing job. must have been herd. I like how he unded up the best.
