We had a number of episodes that revolved around Ghostfreak and the monstrous denizens of his world. Amongst his minions was An evil Space mummy, An space werewolf and this fine fellow here, Viktor, a rather frankenstein-ish fellow. A. looks to much like a lumbering boffoon, B. Looks like a bounty hunter, C. You can feel the science exude from him, D. looks like hed stare at you constantly and breath nasally, E. Definatley had the best balance(obvious choice) and F. just looks awesome, why didnt he have his day?
Loved Viktor, partially for the voice actor.
