"It's like they always say: New Year, New Me! ...What do you mean New Year's was two months ago?"

So here's something I've been meaning to get around to for a long time: a redesign. I've been wanting to give my silly self-design a facelift for a while. Fun as the weird ninja getup was, it also was less me and more just a silly character design. Now, I love me some silly character designs, but I, myself, am not a silly character design.

Also, the design has been missing my glasses for years, and that was a considerable oversight.

This new, fresh Strooder is kitted out with rectangular-frame black glasses, jank orange oven mitts, plain house slippers, and a yellow hoodie. A much more casual fit for a much less violently inclined Strooder.

The clown pants are here to stay, though.

I've been wanting to draw a lot more this year than I've been doing - or rather, wanting to draw more stuff that I want to show to people. I do a lot of silly doodles and small sketches, and that's all well and good, but I want to do more. I have stories I wanna tell and more ambitious ideas I want to put to pencil and paper, and eventually, to a digital art program. When I say "New Year, New Me," I mean it. At least I intend to mean it.
