How very unoriginal 'p Yeah well, anyway I just wanted to try my hand at a more alien portrait. Having never been particularly interested in that kind of science fiction it was an interesting change of scenery, as it were. I was inspired into doing this by looking through some works by Geiger (of Aliens fame) though obviously I went for a more humanoid feel than his classic & iconic aliens. Actually, I guess it was more the mood of some of his other works that inspired me, especially some of the sculptures if I remember correctly.

Anyway, I had fun doing it; and did lots of things in ways that I shall try never to replicate It's amazing how difficult you can make life for yourself by one poor choice early on haha
