Ok... so stretching the turm 'still life' a little
The Idea (I always for some odd reason, un-beknowenst to me, feel 'idea' should have a capital 'I') is that, in a grim, post-apocoliptic future, the government of the Free United Earth Nations has contracted law enforcement out to private... operaters.
The most powerful and prestegious of these is the Order of the Neo-Templar, Knights of the Old Temple. A now corupt and self-serviant sudo-religious organisation (some might say they have always been so, for with responibility comes power and it would seem that power always corrupts, without fail... in the end).
The order controll many sub businesses (some even fear there may be templar influence in the F.U.E.N. government), so it is not surprising that they even have their own weapons company, the 'Templar Side Arm Company', producing a range of 'side-arm' weapons, from small revolver-type to large anti-mech (heavy armor piercing and explosive charge progectile) all of devistating effect and efficiency.

The example shown is an 8mm caliber (55mm long rounds) high velocity service revolver. Shown here with general purpose sharp tip amunition.
Note double finger trigger and trigger guard, single finger model available.
Dulux model can be customised for either and comes with an aditional heavier fore (muzle) block for added recoil reduction.
