Description
something I've always wanted to make is a deck of many things . the idea intrigued me. so I did it. one of these days I'm going to start up a D&D blog to catalogue all my dungeon master... stuff. but for now, you just get snippets of this and that every now and again.this is one of the mini projects I've been working on, just finished it up today, this week I'm working on moving things off my plate, so, this was one of them. hope you enjoy it.
for all my simply magic readers, I'll lift the veil a little, I'm still playing, and still intend to write comics, both my D&D campaigns are soaking up a lot of my time/energy/creativity right now, as well I'm preparing stuff to sell at conventions, which is a ton of work. and finally my job continues to work me forever. so, comics are a little low on my priority list. but don't worry, I'm not gone, and plan to resume more regular updates as soon as I move a few things off my plate. thanks for your patience
and as always, I'm looking forward to comments.
more weird stuff from me here

...Have I ever said that you're my hero?
I've never had a problem with these things... most because I make a good sleight of hand check in real life >_>

Oh, a deck of many things! Did you ever had the chance to encounter the deck?

personally no, it was actually one of the things I was disappointed I never got to encounter, so when I began DMing I tossed it at the players at some point. some very interesting things came of it. but ultimately, it's not a good thing for a socially oriented game.

^This, x10
Really it's hard to keep the game on track once the deck hits the table. The longest I've ever clocked a game going afterwards is two sessions.
How did your game go after you dropped it? You can't just say "interesting things came of it" and not back that up with a story!

I see. Truly, the deck could bend the game with almost any card.
It unbalances the team and could lead to chaos all along the game.
Now if it were temporary, maybe it would balanced?

If you like the deck of many things, how about using a deck of MtG cards and making up effects depending on the card drawn?
