Download the PDF to check it out.An excerpt from a player's guide I've been writing for Hyrule: Total War, this bit focusing on the undead Stalfos.
The fonts, layouts, and appearance of the guide is heavily inspired (nay, outright based entirely on) the Official Nintendo Player's Guide for Ocarina of Time: zeldauniverse.net/wp-content/uβ¦
The cover of that guide was the very first image I ever saw of anything Zelda related, and pretty much was my entry into the series. That guide itself is pretty unique as well: instead of telling players exactly what to do it was written as a Historical document, chock full of chronology and lore (I know, something extremely rare in the series these days). As such I've modeled my guide in a similar manner: avoiding dumping numbers and statistics on players except where necessary and treating the volume as a historical document.
Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress. Some of the technical aspects (such as Rupee costs) are prone to change as the game is balanced over time. Some features may be removed or have not been fully added in yet as well. Let me know what you guys think, and stay tuned for the other factions to show up!

Look, I'm going to say it , I ADORE what you have done with a character like Onox. Overall.
You kept it with the theme of the original game but made him sooooooooooooooooooooo much better. I'd love it if an actual game that had him in it made him somewhat similar to this.

I know this question is towards UndyingNephalim but i can tell you that the next guide is most likely gonna be for the Wizzrobes, and the nfor the Twili and River Zora.

I know the twili in this universe were born from a mixture of shekia, faeries, and the gerudo, but if the dragons are native to the twilight realm before the races that would become the twili came there, why is Onyx dressed like a gerudo warlord? Was it a gift upon the gerudo first arriving?

The Stalfos operations are based largely in the Gerudo Desert. A lot of their equipment comes from the area. Onox probably adopted Iron Knuckle armor because it was the only thing that fit him.

Love the designs. Though surprised that Dead Hand isn't included in the list. That was one creepy enemy in the Ocarina of Time game.
Still, loving the designs and concepts of the ones that were included.

It makes my day every time you release a new Hyrule total war guide, these are incredibly well done and it shows the amount of hours you must put into every guide. you have certainly set the bar high. keep up the amazing work

It says that the stalfos were made from different races, but I seen no units other than those that came from either hylians, ordonians, sheikas, or gerudo. Is this due to restraints of the game?
