At their best, the Boros blow people up because they're evil (and resisting arrest); at their worst, they blow people up because they looked sketchy. Finally, at their best, the Rakdos blow things up because it's entertaining, and at their worst...they still blow things up because it's entertaining. But there's more screaming involved.
