Number seven in my DANCE! series of Avatar fanart! My foray into villain territory continues! Trust Azula to manage to look predatory even while dancing...(Azula has been incredibly difficult to find a dance reference photo for. Finally, I found this gorgeous shot of a tribal dance of some sort--I think it's a hunting dance--and I managed to see Azula in it. This was a major feat, as you can see by the original picture. My friends have demanded I post a link to it, because, LOL. [link] )
And what's she dancing to, you ask? Her own beat. <3

I'm guessing it's meant to intimidate, like the Maori Haka? He does the job nicely, but somehow I think it would be a bit less effective done by Azula. XD
